After a brief hiatus last week, I want to get back to this month’s podcast theme, where I share stories from my life in Management Consulting, where I spent a decade prior to my entrepreneurial journey. And some of my most interesting lessons from that time had nothing to do with the work and everything to do with people.
In today's episode, I share a story about an especially difficult person I worked with and how we learnt to get along, despite the fact that I had made it clear that I never wanted to work with this person ever again. It’s about the lessons we need to learn in order to better work with our colleagues, no matter our first impressions and first experiences.
