This month's podcast focuses on the topic of high performers and interestingly, whether they ever have an expiry date. Is there ever a time to let them go? This topic was inspired by the debate that has raged on over the last few months around Arsenal Football Club, one of the top football (soccer) teams in England. Fans of the club, the media and (some suggest) the board, have all debated whether it was time for Arsene Wenger, the most successful manager in the club's history, to go. In this episode, I discuss the context of this conversation and suggest 6 questions that need to be asked when making this decision.
